For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping fee of €3.50. For orders of €30.00 or more, shipping is free of charge.
From our online shop at https://www.kaffeelafinca.de/online-store, we are currently able to deliver to delivery addresses in the following countries: Germany.
Delivery time and tracking
We ship your orders with our service partner DHL. For deliveries within Germany, DHL delivers your parcel within 1-3 days after we shipped it. Kaffee La Finca ships products once a week (Wednesdays). If we have any problems with the delivery of your order, we will inform you immediately and do everything we can to process the order as quickly as possible. After we have delivered the package to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time.
Shipping to packing stations and post offices in Germany
In Germany you have the option to have your ordered goods delivered directly to a DHL packing station or postal branch. Your benefit: Instead of having to receive the delivery in person, you can pick up your parcel at your convenience from the pack station or post office of your choice. DHL will inform you by email or text message as soon as your delivery is ready for collection. There are no additional costs for you.
Would you like to return or exchange a purchased product? No problem: under the legal right of withdrawal, you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery without giving reasons.
We bear the shipping costs for returns from Germany provided that the return label supplied by Kaffee La Finca has been used. If the return label supplied by Kaffee La Finca has not been used, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. In the event of a return from a country other than Germany, the customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and the manufacture of which is subject to individual selection or designation by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
contracts for the delivery of goods that may spoil quickly or for which the expiration date would quickly be exceeded
contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery
Please note the following steps for a return shipment
1. Contact customer service
If your item is damaged or does not meet your expectations, please send a short email with your concern to email@example.com before returning it.You will receive a return slip from us, which you can simply stick on your parcel for a free return.
2. Print out Return Slip
Please print out the return slip that we will provide you per email, when the coffee bags are well packaged, and stick it on your package. This way you don’t have to pay any shipping costs and you can hand in your parcel at any postal branch. Please note that we cannot refund any shipping costs you have paid yourself.

3. NOTIFY us per email for refund
Notify us when you sent the package and state your IBAN and BIC or a paypal contact in the email, if you would like a refund.
