FINCA EL LAGUITO
El Laguito is a family project, that minimises their impact on their habitat. They use only environmentally friendly products, dry the coffee beans naturally in the sunlight and later wash them in rainwater. All this in order to harmonise their awareness of nature with the production of high quality coffee.
What is a Finca ?
Fincas have been part of Spanish culture for centuries and the term traditionally refers to a rural or agricultural estate.
For coffee farmers in Colombia and Central & South America, a Finca is the place where they cultivate the coffee.
Our coffees are all "Single Estate Coffees". That's the name for coffees whose origin can be traced back to the Finca.
